The Assemblage in New York

What can we learn from the evolution of office space? What are the unmet user need in the highly competitive coworking market? How can one combine flexible work space with spiritual community? What would be the business model and design language for such community?

I was hired by Prodigy Network to initiate and launch a business model that combines coworking with spiritual community. Through my research I developed the brand identity and market needs, drafted design briefs for “the Assemblage”, a coworking community with 45,000 sf of Flagship at 17 John Street, currently with 3 locations in New York.

Below are a few examples of my research and business plan proposal to the management. Today the Assemblage is an active community and sustainable business in New York.
